Objectives

In this unit, students will learn about the different aspects of simple machines, focusing on motion and position. They will also learn about the difference between simple and complex machines. Students will:

  • describe an object’s motion.
  • describe an object’s position.
  • identify simple machines.
  • describe how a simple machine works.
